Our community is Pro pets!!! But we are absolutely anti POOP!! We ask that if you own a pet that you be responsible for that pet! When your pet poops in common areas we expect you to clean up after them!
First things first...
Pets are welcome within our community as long as owners abide by our Rules and Regulations.
- Owners cannot have more than 2 pets per household.
- Animals must not be a nuisance in courtyards or within common areas. This includes being aggressive and unreasonable barking/whining.
- Owners MUST clean up the poop immediately!
- Owners must obey common leash laws within the common areas.
- Owners of the animal accept full liability for any injuries or damage performed by the animal.
Scoop the Poop!
Picture this: you’re walking through your community’s common area with your family, enjoying an early-evening walk when you hear a distinctive “SQUISH”. You’ve just stepped in poop. Gross!
One of the most common waste issues facing any community is pet waste; specifically dog waste on sidewalks, in the grass, and other areas. Cats are known to contribute their droppings to flower beds and other people’s gardens, but irresponsible dog walkers are the most visible issue. This provides a real danger to children as well as being smelly, harmful, and an eyesore.
Not cleaning up after your dog will result in a violation!
We ask all homeowners to look out for these violations and report them back to us! No need to worry as long as you clean up the poop!!
